Free home weatherization and energy education services to help customers with low or fixed incomes make their homes warmer and save money on their energy bills.

These services are available to  Customers that meet requirements of there electrical service provider, and qualify under the programs’ income guidelines may get attic insulation, water heater and pipe insulation, caulking, weather-stripping and other energy-saving measures.

Who is eligible?

To qualify for free weatherization services, customers must meet these requirements:

  • Own or rent a house or apartment (renters must have their landlord’s permission)
  • Meet program income guidelines
